Experimentation is an integral part of Capod’opera’s DNA. The company’s aim has always been to explore the possibilities of and to personalise its products and their finishes. At the 2021 Milan’s Supersalone we present some novelties that include three new products and one finish.
Flyer is a minimal and functional piece of furniture hat is embellished with refined detail, such as its body’s elegant flaring and the complementary recess for the handle, which disappears completely when closed.
Ghost, designed by Paolo Benevelli, is characterised by the top circular finish, which is incorporated in the glass itself thanks to the tempering treatment. It fades from the deepest shades of black to transparency.
Bold is a table with a sculptural character. It features organic lines and natural tones. It plays with the roundness of shapes to return an overall feeling of harmonic balance. The rotating tray at the centre of the table top helps the service and the diners’ engagement.
Pink Gold is a finish that combine the vintage metallic effect with a pink base. The resulting colour has a remarkable pearlescence. Tones become iridescent and, depending on one’s point of view, its hues vary from pale pink to silver.
